My job is to take the stress out of private aircraft flying and get you to where you need to go safely and on time.

Your personal aircraft is a time machine.

You bought it because you didn’t want to deal with typical commercial airport delays, lost luggage, and other assorted drama. You want to get to where you want to be and not waste any time in the process.

You also understand that it takes a lot to complete a safe, efficient flight. Between weather checks, flight planning, paperwork, preflight checks, dealing with the FBOs and so on, it can add hours of work to the flight.

I let you skip the boring part.

How I do it

  • Flight Planning

I take care of all flight planning duties, including checking weather, finding optimal routing, calculating fuel requirements and weight & balance, advising customs, submitting eAPIS, and anything else that might need to be done depending on the mission. I get you as involved as you prefer to be but always informed about any changes.

  • Inflight

Doors close, engine starts, and we are in the air minutes after you arrive to the airport. During the flight I do everything I can to avoid weather and turbulence. Depending on your preference, I will either keep you engaged in the flight and explain what is going on, or give you peace and privacy in the back, only reaching out when I have to.

  • Preflight

I arrive to the airplane well ahead of the passengers. I ensure that the plane is legal and safe to fly, fuelled as required, and that the cabin is prepared for the flight and stocked with drinks and snacks as requested. You simply show up and hop in.

  • Postflight

I will help unload the bags and get you in a rental car plane-side, or walk you to the FBO. I will then return to the airplane, tidy it up, complete the required paperwork, and secure everything for the stay. I will also handle all interactions with the FBO so you don’t have to worry about it.
